• Cannabis oil research was the first Company to sell Medicinal Cannabis.

• Developed protocols for 600 Illnesses over 3 years
• 2023/4 we were approached by several manufacturers to market their products. We created Cannamart.co.za offering 600 products, including recreational Cannabis.
• We do not sell flower, only finished and labeled products.
• The site has grown by 10%+ pm since then, and now offers 3 000+ products
• We divided the Country into 31 areas, and busy appointing a Sole Agent to handle each area. There are 14 areas to be sold at R395 000 + premium for current sales.
• We support various legal groups and assist SAPRA in making decisions.
• Target is 3 years to make an exit plan when value should be around R100 million.

Reason for sale

I am 79 and fast reaching my sell-by date. Eyesight is failing badly.

My daughter has her own agenda and not interested in taking over.
